Josiah Lubsey2021-02-10Changed my iPhone screen within one day of me barely even putting it down the screen crashed it wasn’t broke on the outside you could see internal damage when I went back after the guy said I had a years warranty on the repair he refused to help me he didn’t even take it in to have a look he wasn’t that bothered that’s not the customer service I received and the screen I paid for was close to a £100 for that price you expect some after care!!! I got nothing and it was not even a day after he replaced my screen of me returning to the shop. Just like insurance it down any matter how the phone got broke you pay for the service. This guy assured me that I had a year to bring my phone back if any issues occurred he didn’t say if this happens or if this doesn’t he said with the price of the screen being near to £100 not even original he would give me one year warranty meaning repair services for a year any faults ect I believe this guy and Buisness has no loyalty or customer service they will pose as legit recommended Business!?? When the products and accessories are very cheap and weak there are many other Mobile phone repair shops after that happened with me I have never set foot back into this establishment there is a mobile phone shop near the job center on soho rd I would recommend or any more further that side do not use this guy very over priced trying to get extra money through over charging selling products that are potentially cheap at high value stay away!!!!!!!!!!

What Happens if You Can’t Fix My Device?
If we can’t fix your device we will get in touch with you to discuss your options. We can either offer you a replacement device for a cost, or we can return the device to you and refund your service charge.
My Touchscreen Doesn’t Work
Many touchscreens won’t work if the device has been a victim to a heavy fall or if the device has previously been ‘repaired’ and a genuine screen wasn’t used in the replacement. All our replacement parts come with a 6 month warranty.
When You Send Back My Device?
As soon as we receive your device, our expert technician will dignose the issue and we will give you a call. Once the device is repaired we will post it back on the next working day.
